Overview

Designed the investor narrative, pitch materials, and fundraising funnel for a $7.7M capital raise to acquire and restart the historic Oro Fino Mine in Idaho.

The core positioning challenge

Ore abandoned when gold traded at $20/oz is now economically viable at current prices.

Investors needed to understand why it was left behind in the first place, why the cost structure had changed, and why the May 1 deadline was binding. I built a narrative architecture to answer all three within a compelling story framework.

How it worked

I also developed the two-phase production structure used throughout the raise.

• Phase one: 83 days at 110 tons per day.

• Phase two: mill expansion to 220 tons per day. The model projected a first-season net of $57.9M against a $7.7M capital raise.

I defined the target investor profile and built the funnel architecture around it, positioning three surveyed surface deposits with $117.6M gross value at $4,500/oz as a near-term production opportunity with defined material, established geology, and a hard acquisition deadline.
